THE PROJECTS
| By following the navigation links on the right, you can read about each project that we are working on, the problems that exist, the solutions we are trying to develop and the voluntary work opportunities that we offer. Our main focus during the last two years has been to develop the medicinal plant project, the aim of which is to introduce cultivation techniques at the community level in order to help the villagers generate a sustainable source of income and to conserve endangered species of medicinal plants being overharvested from the wild. |

The agroforestry project is still in early stages; we continue to develop small nurseries of multi-purpose tree species and plant out seedlings grown in the nursery last year. The other two projects; education and women's small savings groups have only been started recently. Information on these projects will be added as they develop.
